We are currently seeking experienced cafe Front of house floor staff & baristas, for our amazing cafe.
The ideal applicants will need to be well presented, bubbly and approachable, with an exceptional knowledge of hospitality and of course coffee.
The ideal candidate for the Barista position must have:
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to take direction and follow protocol.
Excellent customer service.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Handle and follow up customer queries.
Taking customer orders
The ideal candidates must have
Experiences with working in a fast paced environment.
Experience in specialty coffee. Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Barista key duties include:
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Making and maintaining consistently great coffee.
Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day and adjusting when needed.
Delivering high quality customer service.
Building a rapport with regular customers.
Keeping the work space clean and well presented.
Taking customer orders.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
