We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused, team player to fill the position of Front of House Supervisor at Drift Bar.Café.Restaurant.
The purpose of the role is for supervising, training, mentoring, coaching and co-ordinating food and beverage staff in the Drift Bar.Cafe.Restaurant, ensuring superior levels of service are being met at all times as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures.
The successful applicant must be willing to work weekend and shift work as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years in a similar role e.g. Club, restaurant or busy pub
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (must have prior to commencing employment)
- Responsible Service of Gaming (RCG) (must have prior to commencing employment)
- Experience in Club Industry desirable.
