About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our passionate team on a Full Time basis in Ripples Café at our Tasman Holiday Parks - North Star resort. 

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Stock ordering and control
• Staff recruitment, training and skilling, staff appraisals
• Understanding budget and cost controls, supplying reports to management
• Barista skills
• Assisting with conference and events
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service between kitchen and guests at all time 

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A minimum 3 years’ experience managing a café or similar role is essential
• Current NSW RSA and drivers licence
• Experience with IdealPOS or similar 
• High standards and an excellent attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised with a strong sense of responsibility
• Friendly customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• A flexible approach to work
• Fit and active 
• Good appreciation and respect of workplace safety
• Passionate about leading a team 

This is a Full Time rolewhere availability during peak holiday times, evenings and weekends is required.
