Rydges Gold Coast Airport is looking for asuitably qualifiedFront Office Managerto lead and mentor the professional Front Office team. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will take charge and oversee the successful functioning of the Front Office whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service for our new and returning guests'.
Only 3 years old, this award winning Gold Coast lifestyle themed hotel boasts 192 guest rooms, a large conferencing and events market, lobby bar, 7 day breakfast buffet, modern Italian restaurant “Runway” and an outstanding roof top bar and restaurant, “The Salty Fox”.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Extensive Hotel Front Office experience within a minimum 4 star property.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through the ability to train, motivate and develop your Front Office team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed satisfaction levels.
- Experience in strategy development and revenue planning.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and OPERA (preferrable).
