Key Responsibilities:
Utilize previous Front Office management experience to oversee daily operations with finesse.
Showcase proficiency in RMS (Reservation Management System) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Lead by example, engaging, training, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges.
Uphold meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
Exhibit excellent commercial acumen, contributing to forecasting, month-end procedures, and reporting.
Contribute to the development and execution of business plans to drive success.
Flexibility to work weekends to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Requirements:
Previous Front Office management experience is essential.
Proficiency in RMS (Reservation Management System) is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, train, and coach team members.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Excellent commercial acumen, including forecasting and month-end procedures.
Experience in developing and executing business plans.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Salary:
