The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an FOM role within a 4-5 star hotel environment essential.
- A can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- A 'lead by example' management style who enjoys being hands on
- Excellent leadership skills and experience with building, training and developing a team of service-focus professionals
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills and experience in Opera and/or Room Master PMS essential
