The Strata Support / Admin role is responsible for being the first point of contact, the role will be the face of our office, providing our clients, both internal and external with level one customer service support.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact to meet and greet guests and clients.
- Level 1 Support on Telephone, E-mail and Web.
- Data Entry.
- Strata roll updates (Management of personal data held in strata roll) and associated administration tasks.
- Management of body corporate searches.
- Management of information certificates and disclosure statements.
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, cash handling and eftpos transactions.
- Access device management for buildings.
- Filing and archive management.
- Data updates and review.
- Mail out management.
- General administration and support for Strata and Facilities departments as directed.
- Management of meeting rooms and boardroom for daily meetings.
- Stationery orders as directed.
- Deal promptly with phone, email and any other written communications to maintain a high service of professionalism.
