About the role
Coordinates the Student Fees related procedures for the Student Management System including the provision of training to relevant College staff.
The position provides support to the Student Business Systems Coordinators specifically relating to Student Fees to ensure enrolment data, process integrity and compliance with Department of Training and Workforce development (DTWD) fees and charges policy.
The position analyses and troubleshoots system related issues around student fee processing and documents work instructions for compliant processing.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of financials. Effective coordination of Student Fees via the Student Management System demands not only adeptness in navigating the system but also the ability to impart this knowledge through comprehensive training sessions for college staff.
Upholding compliance with Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) policies is paramount, requiring a keen analytical eye to identify and resolve any system-related issues that may arise. Success hinges on the ability to streamline fee processing procedures, ensuring data integrity, and documenting clear work instructions for compliant operations.
This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to supporting the smooth functioning of Student Business Systems.
