AddressLandscape Solutions - Time & Attendance Management System Modernization
Background:
As part of our digital transformation journey, Landscape Solutions, a 30-year-old company, is modernizing our Time & Attendance Management system. Currently, our onsite supervisors and site managers utilize a legacy system to record daily job activities, including time entries, staff allocations, and equipment usage. With our core systems integrated into PowerApps-Model driven apps, we're ready to take the next step in streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and creation of a mobile application for the new Time & Attendance management solution, which is a model driven application built in Microsoft Power Apps. The application allows job allocations for up to 600 staff, 25 equipment types, and 30 sites/territories. The mobile application will need to be able to create a user-friendly experience for 300 staff across multiple remote sites to record their time & attendance information.
- Ensuring proper integration of the mobile application with the new solution and its web front end.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 to 5 years' Experience with PowerApps or Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in creating power automate flows and Azure Functions.
- Strong understanding of Time & Attendance management systems and job scheduling processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or Equivalent
