We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Harbourtown to the next level!
Our Harbourtown store has a strong team that is looking for a new DREAMTEAM member to support them and assit the manager to lead the success of our store! There is never a dull moment and each day is never the same as the one before! Your team are supportive, fast paced and eager to deliver AMAZING at every touchpoint. Our DECJUBA Assistant Store Managers work a Sunday to Thursday roster, supporting our Store Manager and stepping up on their days off.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR #DREAMTEAM ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
- Work closely with your Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and hire new team members, and provide your team with regular product training
- Deliver an #AMAZING experience to all our customers - keep the store clean and tidy, and make sure you and the team are following all steps of service
- Motivate and inspire your team by creating a positive and productive store environment
- Assist your Store Manager in managing labour costs and achieving KPIs set by your Regional Manager and Head Office
- Make sure all process are being properly followed when it comes to stock take, loss prevention and inventory control, and identify areas for improvement

- You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
