o A suitably qualified and experienced HC driver to drive Kenworth Fuel Tanker for our Fuel Depot at Beckom NSW 2665.
o The role allows high flexibility in working hours/days mostly carting fuel from Sydney and Melbourne fuel terminals.
o The applicants need to have current HC driver license and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
o A current DG and SLP is desirable, however non-fuel experience applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- A safe driving record
- Mature attitude
- A current licence
- Meeting RTA employment criteria which will include a medical with a drug and alcohol test.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to Melbourne or Sydney to cart diesel and petroleum products for delivery to Beckom Fuel Depot and customer sites.
- Load and unload the Fuel Tanker and refuel and clean vehicle.
- Report road incidents to the dispatcher. Follow traffic laws.
- Inspect trucks and record issues. Follow accident procedures.
- Keep an ‘activities log’ and log hours.
- Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
