About the Practice
Established in 2009, this busy practice is constantly growing. We have 8 dentists and 3 hygienists in our team. Our practice is growing quickly, with an average of 150 new patients per month. We are well and truly ready to welcome another dentist as soon as possible.
We provide our patients with all general dental procedures as well as orthodontics. We have full CEREC setup (including Primescan), Trios scanner, iTero scanner, 3D printers and the standard digital imaging setup. Our practice is a preferred provider for Medibank (Member's Choice Advantage), BUPA, HCF, NIB and CBHS.
We are a patient centric practice. Absolutely everything we do involves giving our patients an exceptional experience. We also pride ourselves on being an extremely supportive place to work.

About the Role
We are excited to welcome a new dentist to our team. We are after someone who agrees with our philosophy and will fit in with our existing team. If you are are great fit for our team, we can adjust working hours to suit. You will be stepping into an existing patient base, with over 9000 active patients currently on our books.
All of our clinicians support each other, and we believe communication within the practice is key. We have a weekly clinician’s meeting, which is perfect for sharing cases, asking for advice, and discussing everything from clinical techniques to patient management skills.
We are offering mentoring (if needed) in general dentistry, orthodontics and patient communication including paid external professional development training. You will have the opportunity to work with an established and supportive team, a competitive commission structure and the potential to excel in a modern, high-end practice.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Have at least 2 years' experience as a dentist in Australia, post graduation.
* Be friendly and enjoy working with children.
* Be willing to learn and to be mentored in additional skills.
