Position:Full Stack Web Developer (Mid-Level)

Location: Gladesville, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in office/3 days WFH (with initial emphasis on in-office collaboration)

Reporting to: Senior IT Manager

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

Advance Human Resources is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join a vibrant team within a renowned cosmetics company. As a mid-level IT specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the beauty industry and collaborate with supportive colleagues who share a drive for excellence, working at the intersection of technology and beauty to deliver solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and maintenance of backend services using modern technologies including C#, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, and Bootstrap.
• Design and implement scalable Web APIs, Web Services, and REST Services to support our diverse range of applications.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Utilize version control tools such as Git to facilitate smooth collaboration and code management.
• Take ownership of database management tasks including SQL query development, stored procedures, and data warehousing using MS SQL Server.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our CI/CD processes and project management workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Actively participate in testing activities, both manual and automated, to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
• Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and consuming web APIs and REST services.
• Familiarity with database concepts and experience working with SQL Server.
• Strong command of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Previous exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD pipelines and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
