Primary Role:
Funeral Notices and Birth, Death and Marriage Registrations.
As an Administration Officer / Funeral Arranger your duties would include all facets of daily operations at Shaun Hamilton Funerals including: answering phones, taking payments, receipting, banking, greeting families and supporting our existing staff.
This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is of prime importance.
Hours will be carried out Monday to Friday.
After an initial training period you will be included on a rotating roster for afterhours on call phone duties / transfer duties.
The on call roster period would be for 7 days once every 4 to 6 weeks.
Appropriate training will be provided to enable you to perform the associated duties as listed above.
