A unique opportunity exists for a Full time and a casual position at our Biggera Waters Store.
you will have a customer centric mindset with sound computer, administrative and communication skills.
You will be an energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possess attention to detail.
This is a vital role within our company as you will be face to face with customers in store in their time of need and building customer relationships.
Your new opportunity looks like this:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Respond to E-Mail, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Providing quotes and completion of in store and online sales.
- Advising customers by providing information and advice on products.
- Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- The ability to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential and confident manner.
- Assists customers to make selections by building customer confidence offering suggestions and opinions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft programs

- NDIS Worker Screening skills
- Proof of working rights in Australia

Candidates who have experience working with the aged or disabled or have a Cert III in aged care would be highly desirable, as well as any NDIS or DVA experience. Please note a Police check or the ability to obtain one will be a requirement for this role
