Business Analyst
The product management team at AMCS Australia drives the products strategy for AMCS Australia Group the leading provider of a comprehensive ERP suite with fully integrated on-board vehicle technology for the solid waste and recycling industries.
You will need to have a good understanding of the technology stack, the solid waste and recycling industry progresses. The primary responsibilities will be to design solutions for business requirements.
In this role, you will:
· Be responsible for the product definition of core changes in the lines of business outlined above.
· Collaborate with internet development, delivery, infrastructure, and product teams to understand their requirements and priorities.
· Write detailed feature specifications based on requirements.
· Understand and align with the technical architecture within the AMCS Australia product stack.
· Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, internal engineering and delivery teams through the design, development, testing, product release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery.
· Define a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture and business needs.
About you
· As a Business Analyst in this space it is important to have a reasonable understanding of operations (e.g. business processes, product development life cycle, agile development process, system monitoring, deployment)
· Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and prioritize enhancement requests.
· A relevant Degree
· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with scrum and other agile development methods
· Experience in AMCS technology stack if possible
· 3+ years of product management, consulting, or engineering experience
· Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
