Full time Chef

Yassmin Investment Pty Ltd trading as Sofia Pizza Camberwell is offering a unique job opportunity for a passionate and exciting fulltime Chef to join our new team who can continue to help raise our standards. We are open 7 days from 10 am to 10 pm.

Duties:

· Preparation and service of quality produce and food during lunch and dinner.
· Responsible for day-to-day Kitchen operations and Culinary team
· Able to support management with menu planning activities, pricing and menu innovation
· Develop recipes and portion specification in line with customer's expectation
· Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production
· Ensure that the appropriate methods of cooking and presentation are used to maintain high standards of service
· Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase
· Ensure that Health and Safety standards are followed
· Able to supervise, train and manage kitchen personnel

We are seeking experienced chef who are passionate and has knowledge in Italian flavours and cooking, and with the following skills and experiences

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Chef.
