As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring passengers' safe and comfortable transport to their destinations. With your positive attitude and excellent driving skills, you will contribute to creating a pleasant travel experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a coach bus, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of passengers.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Maintain a clean and presentable coach, both inside and out.
- Follow designated routes and timetables to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the coach and report any mechanical issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Valid Victorian Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence.
- A Drivers Accreditation to carry passengers; commercial-passenger-vehicle-and-bus-driver-accreditation.
- A current Employee Working with Children working with children
- VicRoads Driving History.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and assist passengers with luggage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
