Demonstrate excellent food preparation practices, portion control and end to end food production
Take responsibility for delivering the highest measures of food production and presentation to customers including manning the live cooking stations if required
Ensure complete customer satisfaction, through provision and quality, control of Food, hygiene and service adopting a customer-focused approach at all times
To ensure the kitchen is always clean, tidy and hygienic
Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
To assist the head chef in the organisation and controlling of all kitchen Operations
Participate fully in all meetings, training and forums, Take responsibility for your own personal development
cook all kinds of south and north Indian food, currys etc.
Help in dish washing, kitchen cleaning and other chores given to you as and when required.
Perform any reasonable duties as required from time to time in order to contribute to the achievement of business aims and objectives
