About the role

dollar curtains + blinds are seeking a Part time Interior Consultants to join our team. As Interior Consultants, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our showroom or via phone/email.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a Saturday every fortnight on a rotating roster
  • Valid driver’s license (full license)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Enabling positivity in the tougher customer conversations
  • Passion for Interior Design

Company provided vehicle for use for all in-house measure and quote requirements.
