Seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager in a permanent Full-Time role to support our team with kitchen operations at our Espresso Bar opened in partnership with local coffee roaster Bellissimo Coffee - at Brisbane Domestic Airport!
We’re looking for someone with experience running day-to-day kitchen activities across a sizeable venue, oversee all kitchen operations and lead a smooth and efficient experience for all guests and team.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Experience with food preparation & ability to efficiently deliver casual dine-in menu
- Have a good understanding of food costings and menu pricing
- Experience leading, coaching & training a team in a kitchen management role
- Good knowledge of food safety/compliance
- Current Food Safety supervisor certificate
- Experience with rostering, inventory management & waste minimisation
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
