BDW is one of South East Queensland’s leading suppliers to the construction industry, specialising in niche projects for kitchens and bathrooms. Our Slacks Creek branch is looking for a Showroom Consultant to join our existing kitchen design team.
Your role will be to assist our large customer base, with renovation ideas within bathrooms and kitchens, the ideal candidate will be available to work fulltime hours, 5 days per week Tues-Sat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to internal and external customers.
- Problem-solving for customer’s needs.
- Answering phone calls.
- Entering data accurately and in a timely manner
- Creating estimates, invoices & orders
- General cleaning duties
- Selections and quotes of complete kitchen fit-outs.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience in bathrooms or kitchens preferred but not essential
- Great telephone manner, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft office including word and excel
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
