About the role

 - Providing warm and professional clinical service to patients

-  Making appointments across multiple clinics

- Taking phone calls and attending to non-medical enquires

- Completing and maintaining patient documentation

- Operating phototherapy machine (training will be provided)

- Billing (including Medicare batching) via Genie software

- Other administrative role as they arise

Skills and experience

- Experience as a medical receptionist in a dermatology or aesthetic practice is preferred but not essential. 

- Exposure to Genie medical software or similar. 

- Computer literacy with Windows 

- Motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Adaptability to different IT platforms is highly regarded 

- Prepared to adapt to the changing environment that we, as a developing organisation, may experience
