Our client is a privately held provider of early childhood education, owning and operating over 255 Child Care centers throughout Australia, with a presence in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia Northern Territory and the ACT.
The Position: Manage inbound and outbound calls from families seeking early childhood education services. This can include booking families into center visits, talking through payment options and pricing as well as general information provision. In a scripted environment, speaking to customers with an empathetic tone who have already shown an interest in the companies options. After some time in the role, you may be required to make occasional warm outbound calls. To be successful in the role:
