🔹 Customer Care Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing prescriptions accurately, and offering valuable guidance on over-the-counter medications.
🔹 Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and organizing deliveries. Attention to detail is key to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
🔹 Medication Dispensing: Work closely with pharmacists to accurately dispense medications, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be instrumental in promoting patient safety.
🔹 Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing prescription records with precision and efficiency.
🔹 Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a genuine interest in healthcare and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask
