We are looking for dynamic, passionate and hard-working Pharmacy Assistant to join our great team on a Full Time or Part Time Basis.
This role of the Pharmacy Assistant is to provide exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensures continued repeat business and the long-term success of the Pharmacy.
In this role you will be required to:
- Golden Rule: Every customer leaves the Pharmacy happy
- Providing excellent one on one customer service experience
- Recommending appropriate products that will meet customer's needs
- The ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers
- Keen interest in ongoing training, learning and development
- Ensure that displays and shelves are clean and tidy, and all stock is pulled forward and rotated
- Assist in replenishing stock, checking out of dates, rotating stock, and general housekeeping
- Assist in set up of promotions and catalogue execution including the production of signage
The Successful Applicant:
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm, flexible and willing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work positively within a large and diverse team
