We are looking for someone who:
- Excels in a very busy and high-energy setting
- Loves the thrill of closing a sale and going above and beyond to make customers happy
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
- Is committed to helping customers find their dream dress, ensuring every experience is memorable
- Ideally has previous experience in Bridal, Formal, or Evening Dresses
- Is well seasoned with customers, can show maturity and confidence in dealing with customers from all walks of life
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit customers in our new Formal or Bridal styles, assisting with zipping, clipping, and lacing up in the change room following our signature format
- Provide exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, live chat, socials)
- Manage fast paced stock/order requests and coordinate with reception to ensure inventory availability
- Manage daily stock ordering through internal systems and ensure accurate filing of paperwork
- Maintain a structured and orderly workspace, including organizing filing systems
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceed customer expectations
- Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to other departments
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom, including daily tasks to be completed
- Hang dresses up once finished and run out to the showroom floor as required
- Promote our new arrivals or upsell our other available styles (we hold in excess of 3000 dresses at any stage)
- Offer a quote only as a last resort once you have tried everything to close the sale
Requirements:
- STRICTLY 2 years full-time experience in a similar role in Women’s Fashion with a strong sales focus
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Adherence to the company's dress code guidelines
- Effective multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia; two recent relevant referees required
- Previous retail or ecommerce industry experience preferred
- Experience with Mac computers, Zendesk, Shopify, and live chat platforms
- Optionally, you may choose to capture photos and videos of our latest arrivals, showcasing our gowns on our staff members for social media

- Tuesday - 9-6pm
- Wednesday 9-6pm
- Thursday 9-6pm
- Friday - 9-6pm
- Saturday - 9-7pm
- Sun - CLOSED
- School Holidays working Tues-Sat
