About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has presented itself at the Yamanto store. This hands-on role covers all areas of retail, ensuring sales budgets and store KPIs are exceeded. Responsibilities include mentoring, managing, and developing team members, fostering a collaborative, fun, and results-driven environment, handling creative visual merchandising and inventory management, setting monthly rosters, managing staffing requirements, and ensuring the implementation of company policies. Additionally, the role involves participating in the recruitment and selection of team members.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to create a fun, collaborative, and results-driven team environment
- Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff
- Strong sales skills and a natural ability to build rapport and drive repeat business
- Hands-on approach, willing to assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor
