Kelly's Hotel, in Cranbourne, is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our fast paced and newly renovated kitchen environment. The right candidate must be self motivated and work well in a team.
Position would suite a Qualified Chef looking to learn and grow in the industry whilst working in a kitchen that encourages passion and flair with food. Being able to manage the pans, fryer & larder sections is a must. Sighting Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery required at interview. Minimum 2 years experience in equivalent kitchen environment preferred. This position is perfect for a junior chef wanting to take the next step in their cooking career. Once trained in the position this role will require managing kitchen operations when Head chef and Sous chef are absent.
