The role: We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility based in Mirani, QLD.

What you will do
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
- Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care within Aged Care ONLY - MANDATORY
- Current Drivers License - MANDATORY
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care.
