AddressSKRC ED SQUARE PTY LTD trading as Masala Kitchen Ed Square at Ed. Square Shopping Centre, 52 Soldiers Parade, Edmondson Park NSW 2174, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Full Time Restaurant Manager for the daily operation of our busy kitchen and dining establishment.
Major duties of Restaurant Manager:
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction, seeking feedback from customer
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Coordinate and manage special event
Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications
Salary: A$70,000+ 11% Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
