About The Role
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of software/website features
- Establishing and controlling project constraints and scope
- Managing relationships and communication with all stakeholders
- Help innovate and iterate on product processes and share insights with the broader team
- Source the latest product information/trends for new features and enhancements
- Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery
- Analysing and evaluating system program needs
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language
- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements
- Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities, costings and marketing
About You
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Australia
- Project management experience
- Experience with product roadmap prioritisation
- Obsessive about timing and schedules
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Love collaborating with others to create magic
- Delivering projects in an agile environment
- Awareness of all phases of software development projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Experience in C++, Java, Python, Swift, Visual development tools, etc.
- Experience in the development of apps and software
- Real Estate related knowledge and experience will be preferred
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
