Job description
Reporting in the first instance to the State Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the store, setting premium customer service standards and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. The Store Manager will further develop and motivate a large team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures. Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of the Store Manager will be to deliver high-quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge.
The Store Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of QV.
Please note: The successful candidate will help manage a 3 month-renovation of Incu QV alongside the VIC State Manager, which will include guiding the Store team through operational changes.
