About the role
dollar curtains + blinds are seeking a fulltime Interior Consultant to join our team. As Interior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our showroom or via phone/email.
- Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work full days Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00
- Valid driver’s license (full license)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Enabling positivity in the tougher customer conversations
- Passion for Interior Design
