About the Role:
As a Store Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the boutique achieves its sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the perfect timepiece.
- Describing merchandise and explaining its features to customers.
- Processing sales transactions and managing payment methods.
- Maintaining knowledge of current sales practices and policies.
- Ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and conducting daily stock takes.
Key Skills:
- Immaculate presentation
- Genuine passion for luxury watches and sales
- Retail sales experience, particularly with high-end clientele
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Requirements:
- Availability to work any day of the week, Monday to Sunday
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- Knowledge of the luxury watch industry (desired but not essential)
