The role:
As a Sales Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Student communication: ensure a timely and accurate response to students via phone, email and webchat.
- Enrolment: process enrolments while ensuring a very high level of data accuracy and completion
- CRM Management: ensuring all data input into CRM follows our Right First-Time policy
- Outbound calls: commit to outbound phone calls to generate enrolments
- Assistance: ensure the students you enroll are registered for the course best suited to their needs and goals
- Key Performance Indicator’s: ensuring KPIs are met with bonuses for excelling
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in sales especially with meeting KPIs
- Proven track record in converting leads to sales
- Have an energetic, resilient and positive attitude
- A drive to help our students into a course that will assist their career goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
