About the role
Council's Arts & Culture Department is looking for casual Functions Officers who will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service at the Frankston Arts Centre and Frankston Civic Centre.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Providing Hospitality Support through the delivery of catering services the service of food and beverage;
- Undertaking bar service and waiting duties at Events; and
- Setting up catering requirements for the Function and Events within the Frankston Arts Centre & Council Chamber.

About you
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, working in large fast-paced function centres;
- Availability to work weekends;
- Bar and barista experience is desirable;
- Good understanding of event catering;
- Excellent customer service skills, communication and writing skills;
- The ability to stay composed in difficult situations; and
- Current RSA.
