Randstad are currently working with a large Government Department to find a Functional Business Analyst (Information Management/Data). This is an initial contract until 30/06/2024 with possibility of extension, based in their Brisbane CBD office. Please note: This is not a remote role, please only apply if based in Brisbane.Key Duties:
- Analyse stakeholder requirements for implementation of a new information management system.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and document these to inform long term investment.
- Document technical requirements of data and analytics solution to ensure reporting is fit for purpose.
- Assess and engage (with oversight from the Project Manager) vendors and technical solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Undertake additional activities related to documentation and requirements identification for the placement management program/model.
- Background or solid understanding of Data/Analytics. Although this role does not require experience with particular tools/technologies, you will be required to interact with Data stakeholders and provide documentation of Data and analytics solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- This project will be led by the Project Manager, however a high level of autonomy is required. Expectation would be that this role can support stakeholder engagement and manage outputs.
