Furniture Land Tasmania is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Furniture Sales Assistant to join their team on a casual basis with a unique roster of 7 days on and 7 days off. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background along with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate a solid knowledge of the products available and provide expert advice to customers.
3. Drive sales through effective communication, product dyemonstration, and closing techniques.
4. Achieve set sales targets and KPIs to earn bonus incentives.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the sales floor.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work on a roster of 7 days on and 7 days off.
6. Willingness to learn about products and stay updated on industry trends.
