Form of workAbout our role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the Future Talent team based in our Subiaco corporate office. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding of our new talent and facilitating an excellent employee experience through their early career pathways.
This position will suit an individual with a strong mobilisation background, who would like to further develop their career in recruitment and talent engagement. Responsibilities: Providing administrative support during the selection process by helping to draft job advertisements, completing phone screens, and assisting with interviews, as well as organising assessment centres. Managing administrative tasks linked to candidate due diligence, inclusive of organising pre-employment medicals, work right, criminal history and qualification checks.
Assisting with the drafting and distributing of contracts of employment. Coordinating tasks linked to candidates’ onboarding, including ensuring all compliance forms are collected, as well as completing site mobilisation activities. Overseeing administrative tasks…
