About our role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the Future Talent team based in our Subiaco corporate office. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding of our new talent and facilitating an excellent employee experience through their early career pathways.

This position will suit an individual with a strong mobilisation background, who would like to further develop their career in recruitment and talent engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support during the selection process by helping to draft job advertisements, completing phone screens, and assisting with interviews, as well as organising assessment centres.
  • Managing administrative tasks linked to candidate due diligence, inclusive of organising pre-employment medicals, work right, criminal history and qualification checks.
  • Assisting with the drafting and distributing of contracts of employment.
  • Coordinating tasks linked to candidates' onboarding, including ensuring all compliance forms are collected, as well as completing site mobilisation activities.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks linked to all Future Talent programmes including; rotations, program completion, remuneration reviews.
  • Supporting performance and program workflows linked to the Future Talent Programs.
  • Supporting the Future Talent Team with preparation for and participation in any relevant industry events - career fairs, school presentations, etc.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and the broader People & Culture team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably with high-volume campaign recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including MS Office Suite, INX and Success Factors.
  • An agile mindset accompanied by willingness adapt to a dynamic, growing company.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and focus on compliance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive, friendly and ‘can do' attitude.
  • Current "C" class Western Australia Drivers Licence.
