Gaming Attendant (Closer) - Walkers Arms Hotel

The award-winning Walkers Arms Hotel is looking for a Full Time Gaming Attendant ‘Closer’ who is highly motivated, results driven, has attention for detail and a passion for customer service. 

Closing the Gaming Room and Venue approximately 5 nights per week, shifts will be based over a 7 day roster. 

You need to possess an energetic personality, which will complement the style of our current dedicated gaming team:

• Provide a high level of customer service and presentation
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their experience and skill base through the networking and training that the organisation provides
• Experience with Maxetag loyalty system is advantageous
• Attend to patrons enquiries throughout the venue and keep gaming room guests informed of special events and promotions
• Must have all relevant certificates and badges
• Applicants must have had prior gaming room experience
