Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Garage Door Technician as a sub contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Garage Door installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. Excellent earning potential with flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Install new Garage Doors - rollers, panel/sectional doors, tilt doors - and related components according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Repair and replace Garage Door motors, springs, cables, rollers, and other components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on Garage Doors to ensure proper operation and safety
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Garage Door systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Garage Door technician
- Appropriate vehicle and tools, ABN and GST Registered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Knowledge of Garage Door systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self motivated
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
