AddressProgrammed Skilled Workforce are seeking experienced Garden Labourers to undertake duties within local governments based in Whyalla South Australia.
The Garden Labourer role will be responsible for:
- Chipping, trimming and removal of trees
- General horticultural work, and the use of associated machinery
- Operation of relevant plant and machinery including chainsaws
- Some repetitive and manual tasks
- Cleaning and clearing of rubbish & debris
To succeed in this opportunity you will need:
- Current Drivers licence (essential)
- MR truck licence (Desirable)
- White Card (Desirable)
- Work Zone Traffic Management (Desirable)
- Chainsaw competency ticket (Desirable)
- Elevated work platform competency ticket (Desirable)
- Enjoy working outdoors and working with garden tools
- Be committed, reliable and hardworking
- Works effectively in a team and has good communication skills
- Ability to participate in a medical and drug and alcohol screen
- current police clearance or prepared to obtain a new one
