We are currently looking for a new, proactive, team member to join our close-knit team in Ingleburn as an Office Manager, supporting the business Executive and managing office affairs. Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support the Masso Executive Team. This is a highly critical role that contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Team. It will involve providing executive support and advice, coordinating and managing the calendar and meetings, and engaging with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including, but not limited to:
- Managing competing priorities and provide high levels of support with attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality, discretion and accountability.
- You will take initiative to identify and fill gaps in a team environment, coordinating delivery to ensure optimal operating outcomes for the Executive Team.
- You will exercise judgement to analyse and interpret options, evaluate impacts, and determine appropriate responses quickly, addressing issues and managing matters to maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- You are capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
