Gardening Labourers

Our client, a highly sought after Local Government employer is seeking entry level and experienced Roadside Gardner's for immediate commencement, based in Hobart.The Role:

• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Routine mowing and turf maintenance
• changing light bulbs, air hose repairs, soap and hand towel dispenser changes
• Roadside vegetation maintenance through brush cutting.
• Weed & pest control - spraying and manual weeding
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

What we require:

• MR licence or above (desirable)
• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping (NOT ESSENTIAL FOR ALL ROLES)
• Current driver's license & white card (essential)
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
