Address Our client, a highly sought after Local Government employer is seeking entry level and experienced Roadside Gardner's for immediate commencement, based in Hobart.
The Role:
Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
Routine mowing and turf maintenance
changing light bulbs, air hose repairs, soap and hand towel dispenser changes
Roadside vegetation maintenance through brush cutting.
Weed & pest control - spraying and manual weeding
Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
What we require:
MR licence or above (desirable)
Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping (NOT ESSENTIAL FOR ALL ROLES)
Current driver's license & white card (essential)
Execute work that is of a high standard
A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
