Specialising in servicing the Aged Care and NDIS sector since 2012, WGM Landscape Maintenance is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with our clientele. We are seeking a new gardening Team Member that aligns with our values to support the Gardening Maintenance needs of our aged customers who are living at home, either independently or with family.

What the role includes
- This is a part-time physical demanding, hands-on role, and your regular tasks and responsibilities include:
- Slashing, weeding, pruning, mowing & maintaining lawns, hedging, blowing, liaising with client requests, quality checks, spraying weed control, chainsaw work.
- Communicating clearly and precisely with our clients.
- Some other infrequent tasks may include changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters, window cleaning.
At times you will be required to use your own suitable vehicle (van, ute or vehicle & trailer) to travel to customers and transport equipment in. You will be provided with WGM Landscape Maintenance equipment to complete these tasks. You will also have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Hours of work for this role are normally rostered between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
About You
The successful candidate will have relevant and recent experience working in a home and garden or maintenance role, preferably in an aged care environment, although not essential. You will demonstrate excellent communication and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have great attention to detail, be hard working and professional.
We want our customers to have a great experience with our people, and our people need to have a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the customer wants.
You are required to be physically fit and have a valid manual WA Driver's Licence. A First Aid and CPR certificate is desirable.
