Are you a motivated team player?
Based out of our facility in Meadowbrook, you will be responsible for learning the decoration division, focusing on printing. Your goal is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality decorated garments. The position will suit a person who enjoys task diversity within their workday. This position is available for an immediate start.
Working within an expanding company, your role will continue to grow. The right candidate will look to invest in their career with training and personal development, considering progressive career opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of Decoration, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Order preparation and packing
- Printing preparation and cleaning
- Operating our Direct to Film (DTF) printer
- Folding and packing of garments
- Heat-sealing logo's
- Digital printing
- Working to our Four Pillars of Success; High Performance, Teamwork, Respect and Communication
What is required?
You must be able to operate within our team with the right attitude, skills and knowledge to get the job done. These include:
- A proactive and inquisitive personality
- Available to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Ability to operate a computer and cloud-based operating systems, including Photoshop and Adobe
- Eye for detail
- Drive to exceed our clients and team's expectations
- Ability to adapt to change, coachable, willing to learn
