Role Description
The General Hand person is responsible for manual labour tasks and support operations in the factory.
A good understanding and working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Systems and the possession of a current high risk work licence to operate a forklift are essential for the position.
Must have the ability to successfully plan and organise daily activities and work effectively without supervision. Planning and organisational skills, and the possession of a flexible approach to daily work activities are required. An ability and willingness to learn and develop with the position is considered essential.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable attitude to work
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
- High Risk Work Licence (LF) is required.
- Ability to operate designated production machinery is desirable.
